UKBA Contract, asylum seeker’s accomodation
SERCO - Petershill Drive and Melissa Drive, Glasgow
The SERCO facility is managed from offices in Melissa House, Glasgow. Peritus took on the evening and nightly concierge and security management for the facility in December 2014. The nightly concierge role involved access control and provision, reception handling, incident reporting, service desk management, theft prevention, active patrolling and a wider customer service functionality supporting the afterhours service staff and facility user group.

Newton Stewart - Renewable Energy
IH Brown Contractors
IH Brown were contracted to provide a 35 MW windfarm at Low Airies Farm. The project entered the construction phase in August 2015 which immediately proceeded with the creation of a 1km access road through forests to the designated site area. Peritus were awarded the security contract for the project in March of 2016.

West Lothian Constituency, Affordable Housing
Lovell - Locations across West Lothian
Lovell construction won a significant proportion of the local council social and affordable housing projects across Scotland in recent years. A proportion of West Lothian Council’s social housing contracts were awarded to Lovell construction in 2014, which included the creation of over 1000 affordable homes across the constituency.

Fife Council, Durie Street
Methil, Council Housing
Fife council sought to build 40 new council houses in March 2016. Fife council ran the entire project through the Procurement Scotland portal. This portal seeks to engineer collaboration at a national level for the sharing of services and opportunities to reduce public sector costs by grouping often minor service needs and repackaging opportunities together.

Scottish Water, Utility modifications
AMEY Construction, Paisley
AMEY construction secured an extensive utilities contract courtesy of Scottish water for the modification of sewerage access across the town of Paisley on a 97week contract. AMEY’s role entails the creation of 20 access shafts spread 1.5miles equidistant to the next across the town, with a majority of the shafts being constructed within built up urban and residential settings.
